SocialRainbow is a social-publishing app for ChatGPT and an MCP connector for Claude. It lets users create, preview, approve, publish, and schedule platform-specific social posts directly from an AI conversation.
Can ChatGPT post to social media?
Yes. After the user adds the SocialRainbow app, signs in, and connects social accounts, ChatGPT can use SocialRainbow to prepare and publish approved posts to supported destinations.
Can Claude post to social media?
Yes. After the user adds the SocialRainbow connector, signs in, and connects social accounts, Claude can prepare and publish approved posts through the same SocialRainbow workspace.
Which social networks does SocialRainbow support?
SocialRainbow supports Instagram professional accounts, Facebook Pages, Threads profiles, LinkedIn profiles and organization Pages, X accounts, YouTube channels, and TikTok creator accounts. YouTube and TikTok each require one video per publication.
Does SocialRainbow publish without confirmation?
No. A short-lived confirmation token binds the validated destinations, content, media, options, and schedule. Publishing requires explicit approval of that exact preview.
Can ChatGPT or Claude schedule social posts?
Yes. The user provides a date, local time, and timezone. SocialRainbow validates the schedule and displays the local time, IANA timezone, and UTC offset before approval.
Can ChatGPT publish an image or video from the conversation?
Yes. The ChatGPT version of SocialRainbow can copy one attached or generated image or video into durable workspace-scoped storage before validation, then use the resulting media URL in the post.
Does one SocialRainbow account work with both ChatGPT and Claude?
Yes. Sign in with the same SocialRainbow account in each assistant to use one subscription, one set of connected social accounts, and one shared publication schedule.
How much does SocialRainbow cost?
